I’m Heather Baird.

I have over 12 years of experience designing B2C and B2B solutions and leading end-to-end product design with multidisciplinary teams. I bring a deep empathy for users while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility. I’m comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy developing internal processes that create clarity and better scalability amongst teams.

I am passionate about making AI a tool for good and am eager for the challenge to incorporate it in helpful ways for users. I enjoy the challenge of exploring new technology and solving complex problems alongside my team.
