How can we digitally bridge the gap in earnings for services that traditionally only take cash tips?

High-Level Requirements
Establish if a need for the product exists by conducting user research
Create a fluid app design that allows for users to both give and receive tips

Research Gallery
A user survey with 50 participants between the ages of 18 and 45 was conducted to understand more about user's tipping habits. In the following survey, users were notified that the term “cash” was defined as paper money or dollar bills.
